E-commerce can provides many advantages once it is implemented and properly worked, but before it can properly function, is the process of implementing the e-commerce system is difficult? Is there any difficulty if a company wish to change from the existing manually system to the e-commerce system?

yes, because to implement the e-commerce system it need the IT expertise to desigen the e-commerce wedsite which is base on the company identity, and also the nature of the trading methof of the company.And it is time consuming too.The company those who want change the existing manually sysytem to the e-commerce system, it is difficult if the company have a comlicated flow of transaction. because the design of the e-coomerce need accorfing the flow of trading based on the company. For Example like e-Bay. But if for the small size company, it is easy for them to implement the e-commerce system for their daily transaction because the flow of trading is simple.
